Intimation of change.—Every passport holder shall intimate to the Citizenship Committee, in Form S and within thirty days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Citizenship Committee shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of one thousand five hundred rupees.
