Surrender of certificate.—Every passport holder who ceases to carry on the holding of a passport shall, within fourteen days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Citizenship Committee in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form B of the manner in which every emigration clearance held by him has been disposed of.
