Custody of the register.—The register maintained under these rules shall be kept at the office of the Government of Bihar in the custody of the Deputy Director General of Foreign Trade, shall be bound and its pages numbered, and shall not be removed from that office except on the written order of the Government of Bihar; and where the Deputy Director General of Foreign Trade having custody of it is succeeded by another, an entry recording the transfer of custody shall be made in Form ANF-5A within sixty days of the succession.
