Transfer of registration.—A certificate of registration shall not be transferable: Provided that where any operator of a common service centre dies, his legal representative shall, within thirty days of the death, intimate the death to the Director of Panchayats in Form 2, surrender the certificate of registration to it and furnish a statement of every work order then held; and the Director of Panchayats shall enter the intimation in the register within forty-five days of its receipt.
