Intimation of change.—Every factor shall intimate to the Registrar of Moneylenders, in Form F and within twenty-one days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Registrar of Moneylenders shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of twenty-five thousand rupees.
