Application for registration.—Every hereditary trustee carrying on the hereditary management of a temple shall make an application for registration to the Deputy Charity Commissioner in Form F, within three hundred and sixty-five days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of five thousand rupees and a statement of every inventory of jewels held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for ninety days from that date.
