Surrender of certificate.—Every executor of a will who ceases to carry on the administration of the estate of a deceased person shall, within forty-five days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Central Adoption Resource Authority in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form VI of the manner in which every succession certificate held by him has been disposed of.
