Maintenance of premises.—Every executor of a will shall keep the premises where the administration of the estate of a deceased person is carried on in a clean and orderly condition, shall provide for every succession certificate kept there a place set apart for its safe keeping, shall not use the premises for any purpose incompatible with the administration of the estate of a deceased person, and shall furnish to the Central Adoption Resource Authority in Form II, within seven days of the commencement of these rules, a plan of the premises showing the place so set apart.
