Application for registration.—Every executor of a will carrying on the administration of the estate of a deceased person shall make an application for registration to the Central Adoption Resource Authority in Form III, within thirty days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of ten rupees and a statement of every declaration held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for sixty days from that date.
