Surrender of certificate.—Every shelter home who ceases to carry on the running of a shelter home shall, within fifteen days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the District Magistrate in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form VII of the manner in which every order held by him has been disposed of.
