Application for registration.—Every shelter home carrying on the running of a shelter home shall make an application for registration to the District Magistrate in Form I, within ninety days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of fifty rupees and a statement of every report held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for three days from that date.
