Surrender of certificate.—Every carrier who ceases to carry on the carriage of passengers to India shall, within ninety days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Citizenship Committee in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form A of the manner in which every emigration clearance held by him has been disposed of.
