Surrender of certificate.—Every ground handling agency who ceases to carry on the provision of ground handling services shall, within seven days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Airports Authority in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form CA-2 of the manner in which every flight held by him has been disposed of.
