Application for registration.—Every ground handling agency carrying on the provision of ground handling services shall make an application for registration to the Airports Authority in Form CA-8, within twenty-one days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of twenty-five thousand rupees and a statement of every cargo manifest held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for fifteen days from that date.
