Periodical return.—Every seller carrying on the sale of food shall furnish to the Licensing Authority, within fifteen days of the close of each year, a return in Form G of every sample received, held and disposed of during that year, and shall preserve a copy of the return for forty-five days from the date on which it is furnished.
