Definitions.—In this Order, unless the context otherwise requires,— (a) "Act" means the Essential Commodities Act, 1955 (10 of 1955); (b) "seller" means a person carrying on the sale of food; (c) "container" means a container received, held or disposed of by a seller in the course of the sale of food; (d) "Form A" means the form so numbered in the Schedule; (e) words and expressions used herein and not defined but defined in the Act shall have the meanings respectively assigned to them in the Act.
