Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the cadet shall apply to the Station Commander in Form D for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of one thousand rupees, and the Station Commander shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within thirty days of the application.
