Application for registration.—Every emergency arbitrator carrying on the grant of emergency interim measures shall make an application for registration to the Chairperson of the Council in Form D, within forty-five days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of fifty thousand rupees and a statement of every reference held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for seven days from that date.
