Intimation of change.—Every licensee shall intimate to the Deputy Commissioner of Excise, in Form E and within fifteen days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Deputy Commissioner of Excise shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of two thousand rupees.
