Application for registration.—Every licensee carrying on the running of a licensed guest house shall make an application for registration to the Authority in Form III, within seven days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees and a statement of every tourist held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for fifteen days from that date.
