Safe custody.—Every owner of a tube well shall keep every water course to which these rules apply in a receptacle or place reserved for the purpose at the premises where the sinking of a tube well is carried on, shall record in Form G the description of every water course so kept and the date on which it was received, and shall furnish a copy of the record to the Irrigation Authority within seven days of the close of each year.
