Surrender of certificate.—Every owner of a tube well who ceases to carry on the sinking of a tube well shall, within forty-five days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Irrigation Authority in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form E of the manner in which every register of users held by him has been disposed of.
