Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the owner of a tube well shall apply to the Irrigation Authority in Form H for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees, and the Irrigation Authority shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within fifteen days of the application.
