Fees.—The fee of fifty rupees payable on an application for registration and the fee of five hundred rupees payable on any other application under these rules shall be paid to the Chief Commissioner by demand draft or by electronic transfer, and proof of the payment shall be furnished with the application in Form III; and the Chief Commissioner shall enter every payment so received in a register of fees within forty-five days of its receipt.
