Intimation of change.—Every alternative investment fund shall intimate to the Securities Appellate Tribunal, in Form C and within fifteen days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Securities Appellate Tribunal shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of two thousand rupees.
