Definitions.—In these rules, unless the context otherwise requires,— (a) "Commission" means the Karnataka Subordinate Services Selection Board; (b) "Government" means the Government of Karnataka; (c) "said post" means the post of Deputy Proper Officer in the Commercial Taxes Department, Government of Karnataka; and (d) "Service" means the Karnataka Civil Service.
