Surrender of certificate.—Every appellate authority who ceases to carry on the hearing of appeals shall, within thirty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Lokayukta in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form H of the manner in which every statement of assets held by him has been disposed of.
