Transfer of registration.—A certificate of registration shall not be transferable: Provided that where any empanelled consultant dies, his legal representative shall, within sixty days of the death, intimate the death to the Government of Uttarakhand in Form GFR 25, surrender the certificate of registration to it and furnish a statement of every sanction order then held; and the Government of Uttarakhand shall enter the intimation in the register within fourteen days of its receipt.
