Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the operator of a fuel station shall apply to the Relief Commissioner in Form A for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of one hundred rupees, and the Relief Commissioner shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within three days of the application.
