Intimation of change.—Every distribution licensee shall intimate to the Appropriate Commission, in Form VIII and within twenty-one days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Appropriate Commission shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of one thousand rupees.
