Application for registration.—Every fair price shop dealer carrying on the running of a fair price shop shall make an application for registration to the Designated Officer in Form B, within fourteen days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of seven thousand five hundred rupees and a statement of every label held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for ninety days from that date.
