Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the storage operator of foodgrains shall apply to the Commissioner of Food Safety in Form G for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of seven thousand five hundred rupees, and the Commissioner of Food Safety shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within fifteen days of the application.
