Application for registration.—Every storage operator of foodgrains carrying on the storage of foodgrains shall make an application for registration to the Commissioner of Food Safety in Form F, within sixty days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of ten thousand rupees and a statement of every register of purchases held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for sixty days from that date.
