Surrender of certificate.—Every producer of films who ceases to carry on the production of films shall, within ninety days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Government of the National Capital Territory of Delhi in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form VII of the manner in which every broadcast licence held by him has been disposed of.
