Application for registration.—Every producer of films carrying on the production of films shall make an application for registration to the Government of the National Capital Territory of Delhi in Form VII, within one hundred and twenty days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of two hundred rupees and a statement of every print line held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for one hundred and twenty days from that date.
