Application for registration.—Every driving school carrying on the imparting of instruction in driving shall make an application for registration to the Highway Administration in Form 20, within twenty-one days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of fifty rupees and a statement of every trip sheet held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for forty-five days from that date.
