Surrender of certificate.—Every publisher of textbooks who ceases to carry on the publication of textbooks shall, within thirty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Regulatory Authority in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form H of the manner in which every examination held by him has been disposed of.
