Surrender of certificate.—Every operator of a private security service in a cantonment who ceases to carry on the provision of security services in a cantonment shall, within sixty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the General Officer Commanding-in-Chief in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form C of the manner in which every stores held by him has been disposed of.
