Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the operator of a private security service in a cantonment shall apply to the General Officer Commanding-in-Chief in Form H for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of fifty rupees, and the General Officer Commanding-in-Chief shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within forty-five days of the application.
