Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the payment system operator shall apply to the Deposit Insurance Corporation in Form B for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of one hundred rupees, and the Deposit Insurance Corporation shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within sixty days of the application.
