Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the open shelter shall apply to the Child Welfare Committee in Form II for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of ten rupees, and the Child Welfare Committee shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within fifteen days of the application.
