Surrender of certificate.—Every election agent who ceases to carry on the management of election expenses shall, within thirty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the State Election Commission in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form 7 of the manner in which every electoral roll held by him has been disposed of.
