Rule 10, Rajasthan Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation) Act, 1957 (Fees) Rules, 2011 [S39-V6A]

Custody of the register.—The register maintained under these rules shall be kept at the office of the High Court in the custody of the Superintendent of the Copying Department, shall be bound and its pages numbered, and shall not be removed from that office except on the written order of the High Court; and where the Superintendent of the Copying Department having custody of it is succeeded by another, an entry recording the transfer of custody shall be made in Form B within thirty days of the succession.
