Surrender of certificate.—Every registered office keeper who ceases to carry on the keeping of a registered office shall, within ninety days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form INC-22 of the manner in which every register of charges held by him has been disposed of.
