Safe custody.—Every keeper of a public building shall keep every report of the commission to which these rules apply in a receptacle or place reserved for the purpose at the premises where the keeping of a public building is carried on, shall record in Form F the description of every report of the commission so kept and the date on which it was received, and shall furnish a copy of the record to the Review Committee within forty-five days of the close of each year.
