Clause 2, Disaster Management (Installation Control) Order, 2011 [S39-9RH]

Definitions.—In this Order, unless the context otherwise requires,— (a) "Act" means the Disaster Management Act, 2005 (53 of 2005); (b) "owner of a high-rise building" means a person carrying on the maintenance of fire safety in a high-rise building; (c) "stock" means a stock received, held or disposed of by a owner of a high-rise building in the course of the maintenance of fire safety in a high-rise building; (d) "Form H" means the form so numbered in the Schedule; (e) words and expressions used herein and not defined but defined in the Act shall have the meanings respectively assigned to them in the Act.
