Fees.—The fee of two hundred rupees payable on an application for registration and the fee of ten rupees payable on any other application under these rules shall be paid to the Central Adoption Resource Authority by demand draft or by electronic transfer, and proof of the payment shall be furnished with the application in Form II; and the Central Adoption Resource Authority shall enter every payment so received in a register of fees within sixty days of its receipt.
