Application for registration.—Every adoption agency carrying on the placement of children for adoption shall make an application for registration to the Central Adoption Resource Authority in Form V, within one hundred and twenty days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of ten rupees and a statement of every account held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for ninety days from that date.
