Surrender of certificate.—Every adoption agency who ceases to carry on the placement of children for adoption shall, within seven days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Central Adoption Resource Authority in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form IV of the manner in which every register of births held by him has been disposed of.
