Intimation of change.—Every adoption agency shall intimate to the Central Adoption Resource Authority, in Form IV and within sixty days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Central Adoption Resource Authority shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of ten rupees.
